1. Information we collect

Information you provide

• Contact information: name, email address, telephone number, and information included in messages or support requests.
• Account information: username, password credentials maintained in encrypted or hashed form by WordPress/WooCommerce, saved addresses, order history, and download history.
• Order and billing information: purchased products, order number, transaction amount, billing name and address, tax-related information, coupons, and transaction status.
• Payment information: payment-card and wallet information is collected and processed by our payment providers. We do not directly store complete payment-card numbers or security codes.
• Form and communication information: information submitted through contact forms, customer-service communications, reviews, or other interactive features.

Information collected automatically

When you use the Services, we and our providers may automatically collect your IP address, browser and device type, operating system, referring and exit pages, timestamps, approximate location derived from IP address, pages and products viewed, links clicked, cart and checkout activity, campaign or referral information, cookie identifiers, and security or diagnostic information. WooCommerce may use browser storage and attribution technologies to understand the source of an order.

Information from third parties

We may receive transaction, fraud-prevention, delivery, analytics, authentication, and account information from payment processors, hosting providers, Google services, WooCommerce-related services, email providers, and other vendors used to operate the Services.

2. How we use information

• Public profile services: Gravatar may provide an avatar associated with a hashed version of an email address where that functionality is enabled.

We do not sell personal information for money. We also do not knowingly sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are defined by applicable U.S. state privacy laws. If our practices change, we will update this policy and provide any opt-out mechanism required by law.

The Services may contain affiliate links or links to third-party websites. If you follow an affiliate link or purchase from another website, that third party may collect information and may attribute the visit or transaction to us.
